At Cienna Brooklyn, we aim to deliver your jewelry as quickly and securely as possible. Below is our shipping policy, which outlines processing times, delivery options, and other key details.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if tracked shipping is chosen).

  • Orders placed during sales, holidays, or peak seasons may require additional processing time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Canada & USA: Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days.

  • International Orders: Standard shipping can take 10–20 business days, depending on location and customs.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or weather are beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking

  • If you have chosen Tracked Shipping, once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

4. Customs & Duties

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties charged by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

5. Wrong Address Policy

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Cienna Brooklyn is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

  • If your package shows as “delivered” but is missing, please contact the carrier or your local post office for assistance.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to Canada, the USA, and select international locations.

  • Some items may have location-based restrictions due to customs regulations.
