Refund & Exchange Policy

We stand by the quality of our jewelry. If you're not fully satisfied, here’s our return policy:

1. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item.

• Email support@ciennabrooklyn.ca with your order number and a photo of the item to start a return.

2. Exchanges

• Defective or damaged products (covered under our 60-day warranty - see Terms & Conditions for more information on our 60-day warranty) are eligible for replacement or exchange.

• Email support@ciennabrooklyn.ca with your order number and a photo of the item to start an exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective).

• Final sale items and gift cards.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of incorrect items.
