Returns & Exchanges
General
• We currently ship to Canada, the USA, and select international locations.
• Customers are responsible for paying all applicable customs, duties, and fees.
• We currently do not ship to PO boxes.
• If you have already placed an order that has a PO box address set as the delivery address, your order will be delayed and/or rejected if we do not receive a timely response. Please contact us at support@ciennabrooklyn.ca (mailto:support@ciennabrooklyn.ca)if we have not contacted you yet and include the following:
1) Full name and order number
2) Original shipping address (PO box address)
3) New shipping address (NOT PO BOX)
Please note: To change a shipping address you must email us from the same email address that was listed in the original order. We will not accept any address changes from an email address that was not associated with the original order.
• All of our orders are shipped with tracked shipping!
For Canada and the USA, standard shipping usually takes 2–10 business days, depending on your location. International orders may take 10–20 business days, subject to customs processing. Expedited shipping options might be available at checkout for an additional fee. Please note, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed as delays due to postal carriers, customs, or weather are beyond our control. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link, which may take up to 48 hours to update.
• International customers are responsible for any applicable customs, fees, taxes, tariffs or duties charged by their country.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.
