1. About Our Products

At CIENNA BROOKLYN, we create jewelry designed to be as resilient as it is beautiful. All of our products are crafted with high-quality stainless steel. Most of our pieces are crafted with stainless steel, titanium, and 18k gold PVD finishes; ensuring each piece is nickel-free and made to keep its glow through every moment you shine. We value hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant materials. While our jewelry is durable and waterproof, proper care will ensure its longevity.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in CAD/USD – use currency drop down to change to your currency.

  • Payments must be made in full before an order is processed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supply limitations.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier services.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, we cannot change a shipping address once your order is placed and shipped.

4. Warranty

Our jewelry comes with a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care are not covered. Any warranty-covered issues within the 30 days will be returned in the form of store credit or refunded to the original payment method. Earrings are final sale for hygienic reasons; any damage to earrings must be reported within 4 days of delivery for exchanges. Items purchased at pop-up events or markets are non-refundable.
